Context

Selling industrial equipment into a new country is not translation — it is repackaging. The offer, the proof points, and the advertising logic all have to fit a different market's expectations, in its language, for a technical buyer who evaluates equipment against local codes and local competitors.

For composite rebar the timing matters: FRP design standards were adopted or updated across key markets in 2022–2024 — including IS 18256:2023 and the IRC 137 bridge code in India — which means designers and contractors are only now beginning to specify the material at scale while local production capacity lags. A mid-price production line competes against Chinese suppliers on economics, not against Western premium vendors — and the marketing has to be positioned accordingly.

Market research

The first volume is an export intelligence report covering 12 target countries. For each: demand drivers, the state of FRP standardization, who already manufactures locally, where the equipment applies, and which customs and trade-data sources reveal actual import flows. India leads the priority list — national road and defense agencies already use FRP rebar and over a dozen states have approved it — followed by Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, Kazakhstan, and Southeast Asia.

The report closes with a sales playbook and a 90-day action plan: concrete entry channels per country, low-cost advertising tactics, and demand signals harvested from local classifieds and trade platforms. Strategy here is not a slide of arrows — it is a prioritized to-do list.

Content system

Instead of one-off banners we built a content system. Five B2B video archetypes proven in industrial marketing — an investor mini-series on opening a plant, myth-busting education for engineers keyed to local standards, mesmerizing production-line footage, discovery/reaction formats with local tradespeople, and localized case stories — were multiplied across five markets into 25 ready-to-shoot scenarios with prompts and a publishing calendar.

Each market gets its own language and platform mix: English-language YouTube and Instagram Reels for India (where TikTok is banned), Portuguese TikTok for Brazil, Russian-language YouTube and VK for the CIS. One account per country, one language per feed — the way platform algorithms actually reward locality.

Operator playbook

The third volume compresses the program into a daily routine a single operator can run: a fixed three-tool AI production stack at a predictable monthly cost, ready-to-paste scripts and generation prompts, a per-country account matrix, and a workday broken into 30-minute blocks. No strategy sessions required — open, copy, produce, publish.

This is the deliberate engineering constraint of the whole package: the marketing machine had to run without the studio. Scenario reuse into short formats takes the first month's 25 base videos past 100 content units by month two.

Outcome

The manufacturer holds a complete market-entry contour: a defensible view of where demand is growing and how to enter each market, a localized content pipeline for five countries with India first, and an execution manual that makes the program a staffing decision rather than an agency dependency. The same structure extends to any next export market — the archetypes and the playbook stay, only the localization layer changes.

What we built

  • 12-country export deep-dive

Demand, standards, local producers, application matrix, customs and trade-data channels, and entry tactics for every priority market.

  • 25 localized video scenarios

5 proven B2B archetypes × 5 markets, with prompts, scripts, and a publishing calendar adapted to each country's language and platform mix.

  • Per-country account matrix

One localized account set per market — platform choice, language, and setup rules that match how algorithms reward local content.

  • Operator manual

A fixed three-tool AI stack, ready-to-paste scripts, and a 30-minute-block daily routine sized for a single operator.

  • 90-day action plan

Staged rollout from account setup through first publications to analytics-driven iteration.
